Dr. John Anderson

Dr. Elena Galvez Corral
Dr. Elena was born in Madrid (Spain) and grew up surrounded by animals. From birds, rabbits, dogs and cats to turtles. She graduated from the Completense University of Madrid in Veterinary Medicine in 2013. She joined our team in April 2019 after working in other practices in the lower mainland. Her interests in veterinary medicine are wide, however she is particularly interested in ophthalmology and internal medicine. As soon as she arrived to the West Coast, she fell in love with the city, the mountains, the sea…She enjoys hiking in summer and (really!) loves skiing in winter. Her pet family is made up of a very friendly dog named “Juno”. She is very passionate about providing Veterinary care to the community and looks forward to meeting you and your pets!

Dr. Jennifer Ng
Dr. Jennifer was born and raised in Vancouver where she developed quite the reputation for collecting abandoned and injured animals since she was a child despite having already surrounded herself with a variety of pets. This love of animals continued to grow with time through volunteer work, until she decided to study and travel abroad to New Zealand where she completed her veterinary degree. It was an amazing experience, but the call of home proved too strong and she returned to Canada to practice. She has particular interests in dermatology, ultrasonography and internal medicine but would love to explore more facets of veterinary medicine. During her free time, she loves to go kayaking and hiking or otherwise can be seen relaxing outdoors with her American Eskimo X, Pika.

Veronica
Born & raised in Chile, she went to Veterinary School for 1 year. She moved to Canada to continue her professional dreams, even though she didn’t know any English. Veronica graduated in 1980 as Registered Veterinary Technologist (RVT). In her 38 years, she dedicated to this profession, advancing her knowledge and applying high standards of care. Good at treating not just the animals, but the owners, too! Dr. Anderson is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain things. He treated our hedgehog several years ago, and then our dog for a variety of ailments. He seems to care a lot about the animals he sees, and his staff is very nice, too. Dr. Anderson is good at treating not just the animals, but the owners, too. We appreciate how informative he is, and that he provides different options for treatment.
